Farming Simulator 15 Walkthrough and Guide

When the Farming Simulator series first appeared there was a general sense of both amusement and wonder among gamers, who asked the question: “Why would Giants Software spend money to develop THIS?!”

But once it started to get play, that question was answered via word-of-mouth... Giant did it because the game is a solid and entertaining romp through a simulation setting that is both challenging and something else.

What that something else is can be difficult to pin down exactly but, after some deliberate thought on the matter, we did arrive at a conclusion. The Farm Simulator series offers the player a Zen-like game play experience. It is relaxing and, at the same time, amusing.

Even more surprising though, is it is also a complicated piece of gaming. But that makes sense - after all if farming were an easy science everyone would do it!

Ultimately one of the things about the game that is fascinating is that it has several learning curves. Players who just want to play can farm easy crops - like wheat - and enjoy themselves - but for more complicated crops there is a curve to be mastered - and that is where this guide comes in.

You see in addition to growing crops the game also includes livestock, and logging, and all that come with those commercial activities.

When we say all that comes with it we are, of course, talking about the large variety of mechanical equipment you will need to own - and use - for each specific phase in the process. Equipment that you need to learn to use properly. Hence the learning curve.

There are several ways that the game can be played - in addition to the Achievement Hunter style. There is the dedicated farm, the livestock farm that uses crops to support the feeding process, and mixed mode farming that does a little bit of everything (and variations on the theme).
