Fortnite Chapter 2 Guide

Season 10 of the hugely popular cooperative shooter-survival game Fortnite went offline Sunday, October 13th with 'The End' event which was supposed to introduce season 11. Players quickly found out that the explosive season-ending event which saw a meteor collision destroy the island apparently ended the game altogether. In reality all the Fortnite servers were switched off and the screen was replaced with a black hole. How long will the game remain in this state nobody at the moment really knows, all we do know is that Epic Games haven't shut down Fortnite for good. The only thing that players have noticed change as they patiently wait are the appearance of random numbers near the black hole which are apparently linked to a time loop. The numbers are 11, 146, 15, 62, 87, 14, 106, 2, 150, 69, 146, 15, 36, 2, 176, 8, 160, 65.

Although Epic Games have not yet confirmed anything gamers are hoping that Season 11 will come online later today, Monday October 14th. When everthing does come back fans of Fortnite are expecting to have a new map to explore and perhaps the possibility of a full Season trailer alongside official patch notes and news regarding the Battle Pass. Some fans are also hoping there will be a surprise annoucnement concerning 'Fortnite Save the World', the PvE game which is scheduled to go free-to-play like its Battle Royale counterpart in 2019.

Players in the meantime while they wait for Fortnite to come back online are encouraged to tune into a livestream (link below) which shows the black hole and at some point will reveal what is going to happen in Season 11. Rumor has it that instead of a new season, Epic Games are going to start a whole new world, based on the image above which was leaked by Apple last week it appears the island will either be going away or changing into a new playground that will make it a proper map with outskirts rather than water.
