PewDiePie's Pixelings is a free-to-play creature collecting game RPG for the iOS and Android platforms inspired by popular Swedish Youtuber and comedian PewDiePie. The game is set in the world of Pixeland where the inhabitants are facing the threat of a mysterious entity that has invaded and only you and the world’s most popular YouTuber can get vanquish it. Your objective is to build a team of heroes that includes those from Tuber Simulator and win missions, obtain spells and collect all Pixelings. Positioning your Team

In PewDiePie's Pixelings the attack style and positioning of your heroes plays a crucial role during combat. It is important that you remember to check the arrow when you drop your hero onto the empty position. The arrow on melee pixlings always lead to the front position which indicates they will attack the enemy placed on the front spot regardless of their position wheras ranged pixlings will always attack enemies placed directly opposite them. When placing your pixlings on three empty field positions you need to ensure that every party member gets to attack each enemy. Ideally a melee pixeling should be placed on the front (middle field position) with two ranged pixelings placed on the top and bottom field positions.

Enemy Position

Another crucial factor you need to take into consideration when positioning your heroes is the position of the enemy as you will need to place your heroes accordingly. You need to try and avoid having all your melee heroes attacking the front position enemy while the enemy ranged units attack them. If you need to reposition your heroes you simply have to drag and drop a pixeling on top of another to swap their positions.

Selecting a Team

In story levels only select your team when you know the lineup of the enemy you are about to face, this way you can select a team based on the current mission’s enemy line-up. You can tap a level and then long tap on each enemy to know its attack styles (melee, ranged etc.).

Support Character

You should have a support hero within your lineup at all times because when the battles start to get tough having a Pixeling on hand that ha a healing ability or status boost ability can change the tide of every battle.

Team Changes

In PewDiePie's Pixlings you can make changes to your team before combat by tapping the pixeling icon under 'Your Team'.

Countdown Timer

Always pay attention to the countdown timer on the top of the screen during combat. When it hits 2:00, damage is doubled and when the countdown timer hits 3:00, it triples. Keep this in mind when putting together a strategy and plan it so you attack the enemies with more damage dealing spells and higher-damage heroes when the timer hits 2.00.

Obtaining Spells

Spells are obtained as you progress through the stages of PewDiePie's Pixelings. They can also be obtained by playing special missions which are the colour purple on the level map. You can check what rewards you can expect to receive playing a special mission by clicking on the purple markers on a map.

Choosing Spells

Before a battle begins in PewDiePie's Pixelings you will be able to select spells. Tap 'Home' followed by the 'Spell' tab found on the left side of the screen and choose the best spells from the list. Make sure you keep the healing spell as it is as you will need it the most when your heroes lose HP against the enemy. Keep in mind that spells require mana which replenishes slowly automatically and that some spells use more of it than others. Experiment with the different spells and then choose the best spell combo to win every battle, be it PvP, story or special mission.

Coins

Coins is the main currency you earn in PewDiePie's Pixelings and it is essential to your progress as they are needed to rank up your Pixelings once you have enough duplicates of one to initiate the process. Coins can also be used to purchase new Pixelings from the market. Make sure you activate the boost option on the main menu immediately it appears so you can double your coins payout during your current playthrough.

Bux

Bux is a currency in PewDiePie's Pixelings which you earn and can be used to buy coins at the market to help increase your maximum player level. Don't ever waste bux on unlocking a daily quest, you can access all the the daily quests currently available to you by watching video advertisements.

Daily Login Reward

Playing PewDiePie's Pixelings on a daily basis will enable you to earn a free daily login reward and a new set of daily quests to complete. Completing these daily quests will enable you to earn extra coins and player level points. You can also unlock new quests by watching video advertisements and earn 150 extra bux by linking your account within the daily quests menu.
