Pokemon Omega Ruby
In this 3DS remake of Pokemon Ruby, players will be taken back to the wonderful region of Hoenn, where their adventure takes place. Omega Ruby tells a grand tale that draws players closer to the secrets behind the greatest mystery in the world of Pokémon: Mega Evolution. One of your many goals will be to seek out these incredible Pokémon and discover their power. In your adventure, you'll also get pulled to the conflict between the two prominent organizations in Hoenn, each with their own agendas. In OR (Omega Ruby), Team Magma plays the more prominent role in the story. Players won't have any choice but to get drawn in and will do their part in affecting the fate of the region.

Yes actually you can. There are some just east of Rustboro city, just before the cave where you can only get Whismurr. I've gotten two of them so far.
