South Park: Phone Destroyer is a free-to-play mobile game based on the TV animated series about a group of prepubescent misfits living in Colorado. The story of the game is the kids have decided to get together and play Cowboys and Indians, the problem is Stan's team looks unbeatable and out of desperation Cartman turns to you, the new kid on town who is a whiz with his phone to join his team.

This is a card-based strategy game set in the South Park universe and to begin with you play some solo campaign stages which basically involve you having to battle your way to the end by defeating other characters dressed up in costumes such as Cowboys and Indians to Wizards, Aliens, and Pirates and then finally defeating the boss Stan has summoned to complete the level.

The battles themselves are mostly automatic and they are determined by the cards you summon onto the battlefield from your deck. The cards come in five cateogories fighter, ranged, tank, spell, and assassin and each come with their own strengths and weaknesses. After a completed mission or PvP mode battle you get to open three lockers and uncover loot like in-game dollars, gold coins, or cards needed to upgrade your characters. As you accumulate the in-game currencies you will be able to use them at the in-app shop to purchase upgrades or to open more lockers so you get the loot you need.

Cheats, Tips and Strategies

Free Card Packs

If you do not want to spend any real money on the game it is essential that you log into the game regularly so you get the free card packs. The easiest way to guarantee that you get those free card packs as soon as possible is to let the game remind you via notifications.

Extra Locker Slot

When you win battles the game rewards you by letting you pick 3 random lockers from a set of 10. However, only 3 of the lockers will contain significant rewards, the rest will have standard, smaller rewards. You are given the option of unlocking a fourth free locker in return for watching a video advertisement. Once you have done this several times though the game will put you on a four hour timer before the offer becomes available again.

Only Uprgrade the Cards you like

When you start the game you will be given coins and materials to upgrade cards. The cards that are available to upgrade will only be the introductory cards which you may not like. At this early stage of the game it is recommended that you avoid upgrading them as they will probably only be discarded anyway and just focus on the cards you like.

Purchase Materials Early

During the early stages of the game it is recommended that you spend what coins and PvP tickets you earn on materials until you have managed to fully level up you heavy hitting cards. Once you reach that point you should change your focus to purchasing cards for the actual upgrades. The in-app shops rotate periodically and they all sell various upgrade materials.

Premium Currency

Avoid the temptation of spending your premium currency on extra locker rolls or anything else and save it just for card packs. Keep saving the premium currency you earn until you can purchase at least the second tier card pack as they will give you the chance for better cards. Premium currency is earned via lockers and cashing out the achievements you unlock.

Starter Bundles

Although they will cost you a small amount of real money the starter bundles that are offered are worth taking advantage of and are better value than just purchasing currency as they will have things that you will want to get anyway.

Balanced Deck

To stand any chance in battle it is important that you have a balanced deck, this means having at least one tank, damage dealing assassin, and a ranged unit from your starter deck. You also need to make sure you upgrade these cards whenever possible.

Special Abilities

Some of the rarer cards typically come with special abilities that need to be activated after spending time on the battlefield. Make sure you understand exactly what these cards do and when they are activated so you can place them at the correct moment.

Special Events

Consider taking part in the special events when they become available as they give you the opportunity to earn great freebies simply by participating in them.

Replay Past Campaign Levels

You always have the option of playing past campaign levels at higher difficulties, this is always worth considering as it allows you to get better prizes which means more coins and cards.
