Unlock Black Ops Difficulty:

On Hard difficulty setting clear ALL stages.

Unlock M16A2:

Clear the game on BlackOps for an M16 w/ URGL attachment.

Unlock Silver Weapons:

Weapons will be silver with unlimited ammo when you clear the game on Normal or Hard difficulty setting.
