Here is a list of Gameshark Codes for Pokemon Emerald. One of them is for the Exp. Share. I found this on this Site; it was posted by a different member.

It work but the correct code should be 82005274 00B6 and turn Lol other code off, while visiting the mart to buy it . Hope it help😀.

Enter the code and go to Pokemart, purchase the first item in the buy list and it will turn to EXP share after purchasing.
