This is store run by Kicks. It will be built next door of the Able Sisters clothing/accessory shop. In addition to footwear (shoes, slippers, boots), you’ll also find socks, stockings and tights from the store.
How to Unlock
• Should be 10 days after your town’s creation
• Spend 8,000 worth of bells from Able Sisters.
After meeting the requirements, it will take around 3 days for the shop to be opened to the public.

I am confused. I spent more then 8000 bells at both parts of the Able Sisters, but the next day,construction was not started. Is it 2 days for it to start then one day for construction to finish?
