Occurs: Whole Day, Every 2nd Saturday of odd-numbered months.
Lets you be a judge for a day as villagers try to compete using their own, composed tunes. Go talk to each of the villagers to listen to their music. You can try listening to the villagers as much as you can. Once you have found a tune that you like, simply pick "You're hired!". Otherwise, pick "That won't do.". Lastly, you can always change your mind and undo your song choice by going to The Civic Center. You can do this the whole day.
