Mercenary Faction Mission: Unfortunate Son

This starts with the Faction Leader in the Mercenary Faction HQ -- talk to him to flag the quest -- then follow the group of Mercenaries until you come to a square in which you auto-hire them and a large green circle opens on the radar map.  This is the area you need to search in, and the small red square of restricted area is actually where the boy is at...

The easy way to do this is to sick the Mercenary Band on to the guards and, once they are all dead (without YOU doing any battle) go to the injured boy for a CS with his compatriots.    Once the CS ends, pick up the boy and head towards the marker on the radar -- this is a specific Doctor location.  Along the way you will encounter Templar -- just target them with Left Trigger and order the Mercenaries to kill them with 'B' -- and KEEP MOVING.

The boy is poisoned and if you dally or delay he can die.  His health will be dropping anyway but of you do this right you should have plenty left by the time you reach the Doctor...  Just outside of the courtyard that contains the Doctor is a pair of Templar -- order your men to attack and then head right to the Doctor for a CS in which you learn that the kidnapping was a trap, and a Templar force is about to attack you!

This is a simple protection mission from here on -- all that you need to do is keep the Templar away from the Doctor and the boy -- so stand near and start killing Templar.  When they are all dead you will get the final CS, talk to the Mercenary Leader, and then get your 100% Synchronization notice.  Well done!
