MISSION 9: THE HUNTED

Mission 9 Walkthrough part 1

After the plane scene (which is straightforward) you'll land in the jungle. Cut yourself loose and proceed down the trail. There are many enemies in the area up ahead, but you can stay undetected by closely monitoring your radar and staying on the left side of the area. Sometimes you'll want to wait for a target to move away, but you should be able to move to the far back of the area by just hugging the left 'plant wall' of the area.

You'll reach a more clearly visible dirt path soon enough. Kill the soldier patrolling it by shooting him with your (silenced) pistol several times. The plane wreckage is up ahead. There are many enemies patrolling the wreckage, so you'll want to avoid going through. Instead, when facing the wreckage (and the cliff beyond it), move towards the left side of the jungle and you should be able to spot a small waterfall in the distance; that's where your team is at.

Facing the waterfall, follow the creek to the left side and you'll be able to spot this piece of intel besides it.

When you've found your team, kill the enemies in the distance and continue by wading through the stream. You'll have to wait a bit when you encounter several enemies up ahead. Still further down the stream you'll have to quickly hide behind the waterfall to your left and let the group of soldiers pass.

In the next part of the jungle, follow Elias' instructions and move along the right side of the area to avoid any enemies. In the open field, stay crouched at all times and closely follow your teammates to stay undetected. When you reach the top of the hill, quickly run towards the left side and slide down when you're discovered. Keep running, curve to the right and leap down the waterfall.
