Look for the Camera at your Neighbors house and click on it.

In the Promotions R Us store your neighbor must have the movie Camera that can help them get promoted in acting. The example neighbor does not have it I believe. You must have a friend on Facebook who has it in their neighborhood. Try finding people who do or get people to download Sims and friend them. Hope I helped :-)
