Retrieve Jeannine's necklace from Bungalow #6 in the Silver Bungalows District

Easy

Her necklace is inside the bungalow where you'll find Roger and Jessica Nelson (quest giver). Just head to the location, drive the truck blocking the entrance out of the way then enter the bedroom. You should see the necklace on the shelf.
