Nookling Stores

The Nookling series of stores are managed by Timmy and Tommy Nook. This is located in Main Street and will be the main store of the player’s town. It can be upgraded as the player spends more bells on the store. The Gardening Store, owned by Leif is built next to the Nookling Stores. If the Nookling store gets upgraded to a T.I.Y., the Gardening Store will become integrated with it while keeping two separate entrances.

Sold items to the Nookling stores are 20% less than what they’ll get for selling in Re-Tail. This is because the Nookling stores serves as an affiliate of Re-tail and they take the 20% cut as their own profit.

The Catalog is a special feature that will become available once a Nookling store is upgraded to a T&T Mart. This machine keeps track of the items previously kept by the player in their pockets or inventory. The player can then purchase these old items that they may have traded, sold or lost before. Items ordered via the catalog will arrive via mail within 5 hours. Only 5 catalog items can be ordered per batch.

Expansion requirements:

-- Spend at least 25,000 bells on the store

-- At least 10 days as T&T Mart

-- The Gardening Store must be open and must in operation at least 10 days.

T.I.Y

10:00am-3:00am (Night Owl ordinance)

Expansion requirements:

-- Spend at least 50,000 bells on the store

-- At least 21 days as Super T&T

T&T Emporium

Hours Open:

9:00am-9:00pm

9:00am-12:00am (Night Owl ordinance)

This is the last expansion of the store. It has three floors. The first floor is for the main selections, the second floor will feature furnitures and the third floor will have Gracie’s premium items.
