Enter Eternia and head to the eastern side to trigger a scene. You’ll have to battle the three of them afterward.

Einheria
HP: 70,000 Weakness: None, FAM: Human
Rewards: Turbo Ether x2, Hyper Bracers, Crystal Mail

This battle shouldn’t be that hard. You can target Holly first to remove the group’s healer or you can take out Khint to prevent him from stopping your offensive and healing magic through Silence. Einheria will still rely on BP-extensive yet powerful moves but as long as you have a very effective healer, you should be able to mitigate most, if not, all damage per turn.
