One Foot in the Grave

Provide Deanna with Insulin.

Deanna

Head to the marker set on the map. You need to be careful since there will be suiciders among the basic walker and infected groups, as well as pistol wielding punks who will shoot you on sight. You can loot their guns, if you manage to kill them. It will be better if you'll find the warehouse first since the pharmacy is just a short walk away from it.


Head inside and grab the insulin and deliver it back to Deanna to complete the quest.
