Outrider is a hero that you can unlock through purchase for 1100 Celerium or 2500 Medals. Outrider is a well-rounded hero that can deal impressive damage to units and even has a high Survival rate with some help. Her first skill is the explosive Sparrow skill. It deals AoE damage and deals 2x damage on units caught in the blast. When under threat, she can use her second skill and call on a G.I. Unit to help her in battle. Her last skill is an EMP artillery which is similar to the Heroes who have this skill.
