These are medals that you earn after every match. Each of these PE medals will give you bonus MRP, based on their rank or rarity as listed below. You can earn several PE medals in a single match, as long as you meet the requirements to trigger their completion. PE List courtesy of the game's Wiki page.

S-Rank - +5000 MRP

A-Rank - +3000 MRP

B-Rank - +2000 MRP

C-Rank - +1000 MRP

D-Rank - +500 MRP

You can review all the PEs you’ve earned from all your multiplayer sessions by going to Data Viewer > Multiplayer Data > Multiplayer Records > Performance Evaluation

P.E.	RANK	DESCRIPTION
Ace	S	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies and inflicted the most damage
Steamroller	S	Inflicted the most damage to enemies
Alan Smithee	S	Received no medals other than this one
Bullfighter	A	Took out the greatest number of Missiles using flares.
Cool Head	A	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies using missile weapons.
Escape Artist	A	Avoided the greatest number of incoming Missiles by using the clouds.
Machine Gun Crazy	A	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies using machine guns.
Mechanic's Friend	A	Survived the match without taking any damage.
Sharp Shooter	A	Exhibited the highest Accuracy regardless of weapon.
StarBlade	A	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies using laser weapons.
A Gift from Death	B	A projectile you fired destroyed an enemy after you were shot down.
Bounty Hunter	B	Obtained the highest average score for the number of enemies destroyed.
Entourage	B	Obtained the highest assist score.
Excalibur	B	Inflicted the most damage to enemies using laser weapons.
First In	B	Claimed the first kill of the match.[
Gun Master	B	Exhibited the highest Accuracy with a machine gun out of all players who fired over 100 shots.
Hide and Seeker	B	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies hiding in the clouds.
Last Out	B	Claimed the last kill of the match.
Survivor	B	Survived the match without being shot down once.
Fireworks	C	Fired weapons the most (excluding machine guns).
Final Word	C	Destroyed the greatest number of enemies already damaged by teammates
Gimme Ammo!	C	Ran out of ammo for both standard Missiles and special weapons.
Independent	C	Obtained the lowest assist score.
Pacifist	C	Fire weapons the least (excluding the machine gun).
Rolling Thunder	C	Obtained the lowest average score for the number of enemies destroyed.
Shotgun Style	C	Exhibited the lowest Accuracy regardless of weapon.
Solo Wing	C	Flew for the longest time while near-death.
Specter	C	Flew for the longest time without being shot down.
Trigger Happy	C	Fired the most machine-gun rounds.
Adaptable	D	Switched targets the greatest number of times
Bailout Master	D	Was shot down the most times
BBQ	D	Kept afterburners active for the longest time
Cloud Seeker	D	Recorded the longest flight time in the clouds.
Dangerous Driving	D	??????
Efficient	D	Flew the shortest distance in battle
Ground Proximity Warning	D	Flew at the lowest average altitude
HALO Pilot	D	Flew at the highest average altitude.
Iron Man	D	Flew the longest distance in battle.
Nephophobic	D	Recorded the shortest flight time in the clouds.
Safety First	D	Flew for the shortest time while stalling
Speedster	D	Flew at the fastest average speed.
Tortoise	D	Flew at the slowest speed
