Exit then make your way to the warehouse. Once you reached it, kill the ram, then grab the recording on the desk. Break open the door in the next room then grab the fuses on the table.

Some of the corpses here will stand up so take them out then exit the warehouse. Continue to the generator room and grab the Tesla Mod beside the lockers. Put the fuse on the generator then operate the panel to bring the power back. Once done, you'll have to run all the way back to the lab since there will be several infected that will attack you along the way. Talk to Will to complete the quest.
