If you want to one day unlock all the Arms found within the game, it will take a lot of time and dedication of your part, especially within Single Player Mode. It will get quite repetitive, but it's the most efficient way to gaining the usage of all the Arms in the game. Players can even play in the Arm Getter to upgrade their Arms once they have them all!
