Sequence 02, Memory 06: On the Defense

This is your first Den Defense Mission -- as it starts you will be shown each of the defenses you can put in place -- first Crossbowmen -- who you should place on the roofs overlooking the street.  Next is barricades -- putting a few at the left end of the street is a good idea.  After that you will place a Leader and Riflemen -- and finally it will ask you to place the Cannon-- DO NOT DO THAT. 

Your First Den Defense

The last attack will be a battering ram -- make sure to place more riflemen along the rooftops and as many barricades as you can to slow down the attack and allow them the time to damage it to the point that it is destroyed -- if you use the Cannon you will miss out on the Achievement "Iron Curtain" (20 GS) Perform a perfect den defense without using the cannon.

By not using the cannon you will unlock this now -- and if you place enough Riflemen along the roofs to the right you really do not need the Cannon at all.  Completing this memory unlocks the Templar Awareness meter, which means that from here on out the meter will build as you take action against the Templar, and when it fills another Den Defense will be triggered that will require you to rush to the Den and defend it like we just did.

Your First Den Defense

Completing the defense without the Templar getting past the last section to the den will gain you 100% Synchronization for this memory.
