Sequence 5-6 - The Lady With The Lamp

For this mission it is advisable to fully stock up on knives. You have eight minutes to get the medicine, which seems like a lot but isn't that much time. Quickly hop into one of the carriages and follow the trail to the peddler's location. Locate him with Eagle Vision and sneak up behind him by hopping over the small wall, then steal from him without being seen by himself (if the police officer sees you briefly, it doesn't matter). Quickly return to your carriage and move to the next marker.

Here, defend the target from his assailants. I suggest you use throwing knives to quickly thin out the group of four Blighters. Speak with the target and quickly hop back into your carriage. Quickly get closer to the pharmacist's carriage (hijacked by a Blighter), go to your roof, and throw one or two knives at the Blighter, then hop onto the cart and hijack it. Doing this within one minute will complete the optional challenge. Quickly rush back to the asylum to finish this memory.
