After the battle with Rom, you may go back to the Grand Cathedral where you fought Amelia. There you will find Eileen, the Hunter you’ve helped before, wounded and all bloodied. She insists that you leave and turn back.

If you decide to help Eileen and defeat her opponent, then go ahead inside the Grand Cathedral. There you will find a very fast and agile Hunter who could kill you with a single shot. The battle may be very challenging so make sure to dodge often. After the battle, you will get Blood Rapture and Blood Dreg.

After the heated battle, go back to Eileen and she will give you Crow Hunter’s Badge and Hunter Rune.
