While you are probably getting as tired of some of the Odds and Ends as I am, they really need to be done promptly, especially since everything is rapidly approaching the crescendo... So as we are in the Homestead anyway, go ahead and open the map and you will note some new missions are now available.
Lance the woodworker asks you to help him find his package from France, which he was expecting and is now long overdue. He wants you to head to town and talk to the Postmaster - so head to New York City and check the map and head to the Homestead Mission Marker to talk to the contact there. He tells you that Patrick O'Hara (Lance's former Apprentice) picked up the plans.
The jerk Pattie has given the plans to three marked men and you need to go to each kill them and take the plans... The trick to this is to do it without getting jumped by an army of Brits.
Once you have the plans return to Lance and talk to him to give them to him and earn his thanks and that completes his missions and leveling. That should just leave Achilles, Big Dave, and the Doctor yet to be completed.
Check the map and you will see a chat icon for Lance – go chat with him to learn about the results of the plans – then head to the next mission marker.
The next mission is Big Dave's final one – and you need to protect him from his former unit of Redcoats! Take one of the barrels of powder and stash it by the road close enough so you can get to it fast, then hide and wait for the first small group to appear. They announce that they want Dave, then you go ahead and kill them by hand. Once that first group is dead, grab the barrel and place it in the road where it narrows, then step back and out of sight and wait for the Brits to approach. Shoot the barrel to blow them to Kingdom Come!
That instantly ends the mission with Full Synchronization and well done you! Not only have you finished leveling Dave up but you have also blown up a bunch of Brits and I call that Win-Win!
Return to the Manor House now and you will note that there is a conversation icon inside – head there and have a chat with Lance out front to learn about the success of his invention. He asks if you would like to try it, and of course like an idiot you do! After “gliding” (falling like a rock) into the water for some comic relief head back to the Manor House and go inside for the next bits.

East New York – one of the reasons why these remained largely undone is that the city based Delivery Requests pretty much required you to have your crafters leveled up. Well now they are. The next foe in our Boston Brawler Colonial Tour is in New York in the north by the water, and when we arrive we must take out his companions and then for him we have to Counter + Break before we can beat on him...
At the old brewery in Boston is the official Brawlers Tourney Event that you have been working your way up the ladder to in defeating the different challengers. As you have now beaten the Merchant it is time to head there and enter the official event!
Bear in mind that like the previous fight these are not necessarily fair – there really do not seem to be too many rules. Another thing you need to be aware of is to not get too close to the crowd around the edges of the bouts here because the crowd will attack you if you do!
The challengers you will face here come in the typical groups that you are used to, so bearing that in mind you want to take out the main fighters mates first, and then the designated opponent. You will need to beat the following to complete this with full Synchronization:
The Redcoat
He uses a weapon towards the end so you will need to disarm him. If you failed to take out his mates when you do disarm him one of them will pick up the weapon so be sure to take them out first.
The Dock Worker
This is pretty much a straight-up fight.
The Surgeon
Just before this fight begins this guy slips you a mickey so you have to do the entire fight drugged. The problem with that is if you do not get the fight over quickly you will pass out from the drugs (you are constantly losing health from them) so you need to be really aggressive here.
The Huntress
She has three mates but there is a fourth secret helper who jumps into the ring and uses a smoke bomb to help her once you start pounding her, so back away when that happens. Otherwise this is a pretty straight-up fight.
Once you beat all four main opponents you win the Tourney! Well done you! That wraps up this club to 100% in terms of game completion. Completing this also completes this Odds and Ends Section of the guide!
