Before talking to Trevor, place mines around the premises where the undead will most likely enter. Prepare your weapons and make sure they're repaired/upgraded.
Talk to Trevor to start the pump and prepare for the heavy wave of zombies. There will be intervals where you can reinstall fences, place mines and reposition your machine guns. The last wave will include a boss zombie, suiciders and floaters.
