stuck on islands 1,2,3

Hi, I'd really like to know why I can't get off of the islands, I rescued Lostelle and caught Moltres, but when I talk to Bill he tells me to go stroll for a while longer, how do I get back to mainland!!!!!!!?????? Please help!

If you have beaten the E4, then go to the Mt. Ember entrance and go right to see the 2 Rocket Grunts. Beat them and enter the cave. And I don't know if this effects anything, but there is that move tutor who teaches your Pokemon the strongest elemental moves in the game, she is up at Cape Brink on Two Island.

Have you beaten the Bike gang yet? If not go to 3 island and head north.

But in the walkthrough I read, it says that you should be able to leave right now. (As long as you beat the Bike Gang on Three Island)

you just have to talk to lostelless dad again after rescuing her and after that go back to the big machine on island 1.

If you rescued Lostelle did you give th3 meteorite to lostelles dad? If you did I have no clue

If you don't mind cheating get a gameshark or action replay and use walk through walls. Only solution i can come up with

After defeating the biker gang and finding Lostelle, go back to One Island and go into the large orange-roofed building that Bill and Celsio were in. They will talk about Kanto, and soon after, you'll ride back to Cinnabar.

Be sure to hand the metorite to Lostelle's dad. You will not be able to leave until you give him the meteorite, get the HM Rock Smash from the man in the hot springs, and rescue lostelle and beat the biker gang.

I don't have Strength and am on the islands. I did everything other than get the meteorite to lostellas dad. I'm assuming I'm stuck too...?

What you need to do is if you havent fixed the machine do that by getting the Sapphire and Ruby so you can Trade. After you do that, you can get a ticket that allows you to go to I believe island 4 and 5 but if you ever want to leave the mainland theres a red building at the shore of every island you go in there talk to the sailor and he will ask you which island you want to go to and one of the choices will be vermillion city. Other than that just relax around go catch Zapdos and Articuno if you can

After bringing Lostelle back to her dad, you’ll give him the meteorite from Bill. Return to Bill inside the Pokemon Center on Island 1. Then you can return to Kanto.

Give her dad the meteorite then you should be able to leave. If you don't have it talk to Bill.

You have to talk to Lostelle's father after saving Lostelle. He will take your meteorite and give you a Moon Stone. Give the moon ston to Celio on One Island and then Bill will take you back to Cinnabar Island.
