You can find these ladies in the boss area of Florem Gardens.

Victoria
HP: 85,000 Weakness: Light, FAM: Human
Kikyo
HP: 70,000 Weakness: None, FAM: Human
Artemia
HP: 75,000 Weakness: Fire, FAM: Human
Rewards: Magic Armlets, Dwarven Gloves, Crystal Helm, Kunai
You have to target Victoria first since she can cast Corpse which will K.O. the inflicted character within three turns and poison your party. She will then use Exterminate which will severely damage your poisoned characters.
Do the usual; lower her defenses, buff your attackers and heal as necessary. Having BP Recovery helps a lot since you’ll get free BPs whenever you get inflicted by status effects. Kikyo will play defensively with Utsusemi and will attack primarily with the priority move, Shippurinjai. Artemia will be the main physical damager here, capable of dealing considerable damage to everyone using Multiburst. After taking out Victoria, concentrate your attacks on Artemia then finally Kikyo.
