Leave Old Haven and head around the corner to the Salt Flats. The Claptrap you just set free will unlock the area for you. Your first order of business is to eliminate 4 patrols. These are other vehicles that are roaming around the main center base. This is just like the mission in the Dahl Headlands. Once you've eliminate 4 go to the backside of the base and enter in. Kill the bandits on the ground floor and then use the elevator to rise up the top to face Baron Flynt. Watch for a large group of maniacs right off the bat. Once the first wave is eliminated you'll get 2 named bruisers. Take out the melee one first and then you can pop and cover the guy with the gun. After that head upstairs and eliminate the Barron. Work your way to the tippy top to finish the mission.
