The quest giver is located in the spartan camp to the western stretch of Tripodiskos, on the road leading to Fort Geraneia. Talk to hoplite inside the command tent to be briefed about this quest. Track the quest once available and follow the marker leading up to the center of Mount Geraneia.

Once you get the prompt, deploy Ikaros to scout the area. There are two targets in the clearing so tag them then approach them on foot. The actual spy is tied up so you have to get rid of the guards first. Take them out then release the thief.

Talk to the thief and ask him questions. He will attempt to cut a deal. You can agree, let him walk away, or take the tablet. The last choice will trigger a fight against the thief. Whatever you choose, head back to the spartan hoplite back in the camp to complete this quest. This will also reduce the nation’s power by 100 points.
