One the survey just put "link together with all" and I should unlock mystery gift or mystery event!

Basically after you inser those words you will unlock mystery gifts the gifts can be items or Pokemons but sadly it can only be obtained in some events which most of us might already missed so it's no use if you're playing on an emulator

To get it to work you need to progress far enough in the game for it to unlock. I have gotten past Petalburg gym and it works.

it is "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" but you need to at least complete one gym to access it. Restart your game(as in save, shutdown and start) and you will see a mystery gift option below your save state

Put "link together with all" in emerald firered and leafgreen but in ruby and sapphre, put "mystery event is exciting"

I think if you put go to cold water you can get Lugia.(I got this from youtube)

I think you got trolled 'bout the whole "Go to cold water" thing.
