Adds an additional earning to each active car in the City.

Business tax

Business earning increased by 750%

Builder Bots

Auto construction every 7 sec during play

Enables a new feature in the game. This allows the game to auto build / upgrade lots every 7 seconds.

A green meter will fill up on top of the large "Build" button when this upgrade is purchased. When it fills, it virtually triggers the build sequence.

Land Use tax

large lot earning increased by 500%
