Trophies

Experienced gamers know that the game versions created for Sony's PlayStation 3 (PS3) console include a set of Trophies -- which are actions that are either part of normal game play, or special actions that the gamer is required to complete in order to unlocks them -- that are a value-added feature of modern console videogaming.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations includes a total (at the time this guide was written) of 60 Trophies breaking out in a summary of one (1) Platinum Trophy, one (1) Gold Trophy, twenty (20) Silver Trophies, and thirty-eight (38) Bronze Trophies, encompassing the core game and its DLC.

Of the 60 Trophies, 50 are part of the core game (the game by itself) with the additional 10 Trophies being attached to the two DLC Packages (Down-Loadable Content) in the form of the Ancestors Multi-Player Character Pack (which includes 4 Trophies, and costs $3.99), and the Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack (which includes 6 Trophies, and costs $10) that can be purchased via the PlayStation Network Store.

The Trophies are presented below, in alphabetical order, sorted by metal type.  Where it is logical they are grouped by subject within the metal type. 

Note: The installation of Update 1.02 broke some of the Trophies for some gamers but not for others, so it is possible that you may be unable to unlock the Sage and Craft Maniac Trophies if you are an effected gamer.  On the other hand you may not be effected by the glitch with the update at all -- the only way to know for sure it to try to unlock the Trophies...

The Core Game Trophies are a mixture of trophies that will unlock as a standard part of play, and trophies that require the gamer to complete specific actions or a series of specific actions in order to unlock them.  Please consult the listings below to determine which are which, and what you need to do to complete the process of unlocking any that remain locked in your game!

(21) The Early Years: Complete Desmond Sequence 1.

(23) Fast Fingers: Loot 50 dead guards with thief looting.

(24) I Can See You: Kill 5 guards while under the cover of a smoke screen bomb.

(25) Iron Curtain: Perform a perfect den defense without using the cannon.

(26) Lightning Strikes: Kill 5 guards in 5 seconds using only your hidden blades.

(27) Monster's Dance: Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.

(28) Mosh Pit: Have 10 guards poisoned at the same time.
 
(29) Mouse Trap: Kill 5 guards with a scaffold after they have been stunned by caltrops.

(30) My Protege: Have one trainee reach the rank of Master Assassin.

(31) Overkiller: Assassinate 50 guards with the hidden blade.

(32) Pyromaniac: Complete all Bomb Missions.

(33) Silent but Deadly: Kill three guards simultaneously with only throwing knives.

(34) Tax Evasion: Get your money back from a Templar tax collector.
 
(35) The Reluctant Assassin: Complete Desmond Sequence 2.

(36) The Rotten Apple: Complete Desmond Sequence 4.

(37) Sage: Collect all available books.

(38) Show-Off: Parachute onto a zipline.

(39) Spider Assassin: Climb Hagia Sofia, from the ground to the pinnacle, in under 25 seconds.
