There are 40 Vehicle Stunt Rings in Pacific City.

Vehicle Stunt Rings appear in the world as purple rings in the air. Completing one of these stuns requires jumping a vehicle through one or more rings.

The Agency SUV, unlocked by attaining a Driving skill level of four, is the ideal vehicle for completing Stunt Rings. While in an SUV, you can hold the B button to jump. Hold the B button for a longer time to jump higher. You can also stick to flat surfaces while in an SUV by holding the B button.

Complete all 40 Vehicle Stunt Rings to unlock the “Stuntman” Xbox 360 achievement worth 20 gamer points.
