VS Hedlok is a game mode actually found in Party Match. Here, up to three Fighters try to take on and defeat Hedlok as their primary opponent. Hedlok can use any combination of fighter and Arms it would like, and the only way to win is to completely defeat it before time expires. Even if Hedlok has less Health at the end of the battle than its foes, yet is still alive and kicking, then the three teammate players will lose.
