What are Bright Engrams?

These are a new Engram type that are like regular Engrams except when decrypted they can reward you with exotic Sparrows, Emotes, Armor Pieces, and other purely Cosmetic Items for your Guardians.

To get Bright Engrams you can either purchase them directly from the Eververse trading booth which is located on The Farm using real money when you have reached Level 20 or earn them by continuing to level up beyond level 20 where you will be rewarded one Bright Engram each time you reach a new level. If you keep replaying strikes, missions, and even things like the nightfall the Experience you earn will go towards hitting new levels and help get more Bright Engrams.

When you have get to Level 20 you will have reached the 'end-game' of destiny 2 and will be allowed to purchase Silver using real money which you can use to purchase Bright Engrams in-game. 100 Silver is equivalent to about $1 in US dollars, and Silver can only be purchased in different predetermined package amounts. Bright Engrams can also be purchased in packages of 3 or 8. The 3 packages will cost around 500 Silver, whereas the 5 packages will cost you about 800 Silver apiece.
