What do you do when you beat all the gyms of Kanto?Ps.can you get the GSball whithout japanese verson or gameshark?

After you beat all 16 gyms go to Prof. Oak and talk to him. Then go to mt silver and beat red

1.Get all 16 badges and go to Prof. Elm and then go to mt.sliver
2.You can only get the gs ball in the japanese version

After you beat the the 8th gym leader blue go to oak and show him you you gym badges and he will open mt silver
