Well, to tell you the truth, I do not think that there really is much left in the game that you can complete after you catch the Legendary Pokemon Mewtwo. You can go explore the other Islands that were unlocked after you beat the Elite Four, you can catch more Pokemon and try to complete your Pokedex, or you can battle all the trainers that you did not battle in your first game. Not a lot left to do I know, but at least if you visit the Seven Islands it expands the storyline a little bit more. You can also try to level up your Pokemon Party to level One Hundred. With the help of a action replay or game shark look the others legendary pokemons

honestly i only play firered leafgreen to get Mewtwo! he is my favrite pokemon and i like to train him differently each time! take your time completing that Pokedex!! fill your pc boxs to the max then train every pokemon to lvl 100! for me the game starts when you get mewtwo!! when you get lots of powerfull pokemon get a bunch of friends compete together and see who is the best!! i'm going to play my firered now!! good luck!!

GO and beat the ellite 4 again

Go catch the legindary dog you get in the game based on your Starter. Chamrmander = Suicune
Bulbasaur = Entei
Squirtle = Raikou
They are spred around the map and every time you move from a route to a town or Fly ect they move so use a repel to block out weak pkm and look around note they are lvl 50.

Well you could try to fill the national dex if you have a emrald and train up to lvl 100 with everything or just use your Pokemon to migrate into other games

Start breeding evee that you got with a ditto buy some water thunder and firestones and use them

Well you could train your Pokemon till lvl 100. Beat the Elite Four intill lorelie leaves the four . Catch the legendary dog that relates to your Starter. And the regular boring recommendation you could complete the Pokedex hope I helped

Nothing. The game ends unless you have a gameshark, which I don't, so I found no use for my game afterwards. But you could always level up and beat the Elite Four until lorelie leaves... And get to Birth Island somehow to get Deoxys... Otherwise nothing.

Go get urself a Mystery Gift,
To get it, go into any Pokémon Mart and go to the Clipboard by the Shop Owner. Go to it and you can put in 4 words, similar to in are/S, which is basically a Questionaire. To access Mystery Gift you need to enter the following words: "Link Together With All". Once you have done that the Shopkeeper will say that you know the words and gives you access to the Mystery Gift system. You need to save and restart to use it as it is on the Front Menu. And there will be a new island

LV up your Pokemon and go to any pokemart by the peice of paper press A then in enter ''link together with all''save your game and then they will be a new island but the sad thing is you need a Wireless adapter to be able to reach the Mystery Gift witch sucks alot because I can find one at all but I also heard you will be able to get Lugia and hoho in a ninth islad and unless you can find someone who went to the Pokemon concert to tell you the code then you can't get Lugia nor hoho for firered
