What level does pichu evolve to pikachu?

Pichu doesn't evolce at a certain level. To get it to Evolve, you have to get it to like you the most it can. Then grow it a level and it will evolve.

Pichu,contrary to belief does not Evolve at Lv30,but when it's happiness stats are maxed.the easiest way to do this is feed it Pokeblox,berries,or battle constantly without the Pokemon fainting.

To Evolve pichu into Pikachu,you need to get your pichu to love you. And then,when your pichu gains a level,it should evolve. To get it to like you,give it those drugs at the big pokemart in Celadon. You can also give it items like potion to stop it from fainting in battle. And a way to see how much your Pokemon like you,go buy a potion,go to a wild Pokemon and let it damage your Pokemon and then run. Go to your pack and give your pichu [in this case] a potion, when you give it the potion MAKE SURE YOU ARE OUT OF BATTLE. And the farther it goes away from you,the less it likes you,the closer it moves to you,the more it likes you.

Pichu evolves through happiness. If you want it to learn more moves, Evolve it as early as possible by battling really low-level Pokemon (the happiness they gain is the same but they level slower). Battle with it or hold it in your party for sometime (there's a happiness rating;hidden stat) or try the more expensive way: Power-ups like Protein, Carbo, Iron, Zinc or HP Up.

Pichu is evolved by happiness. You can check it's happiness in different places in different regions. Kanto is in pewter, Hoenn is in Verdanturf, an you can find the others. You can raise happiness by not letting it faint. Contrary to many beliefs, Pokemon do not lose happiness by leaving it in the box and will no gain happiness from items. Keeping it in your party, leveling it up, and not letting it faint are good ways to raise happiness. Also you can try shell bell (only held item that will raise happiness) or luxury balls.
