Where are the Scannable Objects?

Replacing the Grimoire Cards from the original game you will find scannable objects throughout each region and upon interacting with them will yeild snippits of lore that tells you more about the world around you. Finding each of these scannables is not easy as there are plenty of them and sometimes they blend into the background. The vast majority of them though can be found easily by keeping your eyes open for something that seems out of place. If you suspect something is a scanable object just head over to it and see if the prompt to scan it comes up. If you use your Ghost to scan an area, scannable objects will be highlighted. The only problem with using the Ghost though is that it does not have a huge range.
