Beat or catch the red Garados, and give the Red Scale to Mr. Pokemon. That should be it for Exp. Share. There is no Exp. All in this game.
After you get the red scale from the Gyrados at Lake of Rage go back to Mr.Pokemon's house where you take the togepi egg the first time and he will trade you an EXP.share for a red scale
Exp. Share: turn the Red Scale after the Shining Gyardos battle in the Lake of Rage. There is no Exp. All in this game.
Sorry, mate, I forgot to add that you have to give the Red Scale to Mr. Pokemon to get the Exp. Share...
After you beat or catch the red gyarados press the A button and you will find the "red scale" give it to Mr. Pokemon and he will give you the EXP. Share.
