Where can I find Chansey and on which time of the day can I find him?

You can't get chansey on crystal, gold or silver you need to trade it from red, blue or yellow but there pretty hard to catch.
You can find Chansey on Routes 13,14 & 15 in the daytime before 6:00pm
You can fing Chanseys on Routes 13, 14. And 15 at night, and you can trade one for an Aerodactyl on Route 14/15.
Correction, yes you can catch chansey in crystal, gold, and silver, you go to route 13, 14, or 15, and you can one between levels 25 - 28, and if you get chansey to like you, it will evolve into a blissey
You can catch chansey.
It is on the route east (right) of fuschia city in the area where someone asks you for an aerodactyl or something like that.
It's been a while since I played it last but I distinctly remember catching chansey there.
To the right of Fuscia City in Kanto, there is a route where Chansey can be found in the grass. It only appears in some grassy areas, though.
I found chansey on route 14 at night and I killed it on accedient but you can find him on crystal... It just takes awhile... I havent found one in day time yet...
