You can't catch bellsprout in fire red.But you can get it in leaf green.

You don't find it on Fire Red. You must Trade it from Leaf Green. Vice versa with Oddish.

To link your games on my boy press the menu button for my boy and go to link and local link open another game, go to lead green take your character to direct corner in pokecenter on both games
