Where do you find skarmory and misdrovious(spelling) on Pokemon crystal or gold????

Just look them on your pokemdex,and then go to there location.
Skarmory is on Route 45 and Misdreavus is in the second chamber of Silver Cave.
Skarmory - under blackthorn city
Misdreavous - in silver mt at night

Btw, Skarmory can be downgraded to Grazmory which learns Superbeam.
Superbeam = A beam that has all status attacks (ice, fire, rock, steel, grass, bug, ground, normal and so on).
In level 12 I won Red with Grazmory.

Yes there actually is I have a shiny grazmory you just breed skarmory and grazmory will hatch from it's egg I did it like a million times and got a shiny one it's black btw :D
Its morning and day it takes me 2-3 hours but then realise that the repel only repel weak Pokemon and I use repel after it wore off I continue then I have skarmory this just I do NOTE:this I do on route45 under blackthorn city at the grass on morning and daytime
