In the Power Plant

Either by evolving an Elekid, or catching one in the Power Plant, remember that Electabuzz is exclusive to Fire Red version.

In the Power Plant after you get the Surf hm and surf from the waters above the pkmn center next to Rock Tunnel.

Electabuzz is in the powerplant where you can also find the Legendary Pokemon Zapdos.

Then you Cut down the tree.

2. Go to the water and use Surf. Tip (you have to
Beat Koga to ue Surf)

3. When you get inside the Power Plant frolick around till you find electabuzz

yeah but have a level 35 pokemon in
your team and use max repel.
