Question for Pokemon Crystal

Where do you get the HM waterfall I can't find it anywhere and I can't get to kanto without it.

The Ice Path, first chamber.

I agree it's hard to find because I couldn't find it first time I played.
Enter the ice path go right, across the ice then continue until you get to the next ice. Go up, left, up, left, down, left, up, left, down, right, down and right. Ignore the stairs and go across to the ice. Then go right, up, right, down, right, up, right, down, left, up, left, down, then finally right. There you will find HM 07 (waterfall).

Oh my hod thank you i could not find it also did you know latias could learn dive, i found thar out in my alpha sapphire play through

To get HM07 a.k.a waterfall you must go to Ice path and after you enter from route 44 get past the first big ice thing in the first room you must go right then after you reach more land and then you slide on more ice.
