Go to the house on the Fishing Bridge in the east, just below where Snorlax was.
The inhabitant gives you a Super Rod.

Go to Lavander Town and then keep on going south. There will be a few trainers on the way.
Soon you will reach a Snorlax lv 30.Defeat it or catch it.
Very soon you will reach another house. Go inside and talk to the person.
He will give it to you.

Go down from Lavender Town until you find a small cottage.
Go inside it, there's a person, talk to him and you will get Super Rod.

Go down from Lavender Town and there will be a few weak trainers along the way just sneek by them then there will be a little house. He will give you the Super Rod.
