Follow the trail and continue past the quarters where you acquired the tissue sample from Nick and John earlier. Continue down the broken stairway and kill all enemies below.

Once done, enter the dangling living quarters and kill the undead inside. Pick up the ID as well. Pick the laptop in the bedroom then return it to Nguyen to complete the quest.

I have finished dead island but going through it again to try to find a get everything where is my pineapple is a sidequest that I could not complete even the second time round I get the laptop and go back to dr.nquyen but he isn't there even when I track the quest
I'm in the process of playing and I've completed the missions for both Dr.Nquyen and the other guy in the room, but when I go to hand them in they only come up on the map.
