Where is the key for the Team Rocket Hideout?
I have been into the basement of the Game Corner and can't see any Team Rocket grunts. There is a lift that I think will take me to the Team Rocket hideout, but it needs a key to operate it. Where can I find this key?

a Team Rocket member owning a LV21 Koffing and a LV21 Zubat has it on the 4th floor. go dwn to the basement and go dwn th stairs right ther. go thru the maze and dwn the stairs. this is where you will find the person with th Card Key
