Alright, I cannot remember exactly what to do so don't quote me on this, but I think that I remember enough to help you. In order to get the EXP.share, you first need to have one badge so that the old man who lives near Petalburg City can take you to places like Dewford Town, and Slateport City. So, first you need to head to Rustboro City and defeat Roxanne. After you do that, complete all the events there by helping the researcher who works for the Devon Corporation. After you do that, you will be lead to the Devon Company building. Head up the stairs to meet the Leader, Mr.Stone. Now, he will give you a letter that you need to deliver to a man named Steven. Go to Dewford Town, and go inside Granite Cave. Explore the cave until you see Steven, and give him the letter. Now, return to Rustboro City and speak with Mr.Stone, he will give you the EXP.share.

You can get exp share from mr. Brieny
Step1:diliver the letter to steven from mr. Brieny
Step2:talk to mr. Brieny if you alredy diliver the letter to steven then mr.brieny will give you exp share

After you deliver the pacakge to Steven go back to Rustboro City and go to the Devon Headquarters talk to Mr.Stone o n the third floor he will thank you and then give you the exp.share

Ok but I can't seem to find it on the emulator for emerald.. Emulator is so you can play it on your phone if you have a android... But I can't seem to find it I just got steel wings from the guy in the cave.

Do the work that mr stone gives you. Then return to rustboro and talk to him. He will give you the exp. Share
