Who/What is the "Mystic" pokemon at the Tanoby Chambers?

Okay so after completing the stone puzzle on Island 7 (I believe) you hear a loud crash... Etc (obviously the unknown are available for hunting) but whats up with the hint/reference made by the hiker on the last island all the way to the right? The Island is larger than the others and when you first try to walk in the Hiker interrupts you for battle and mentions a mystic Pokemon inside... But when you go after beating the hiker, there's nothing but the typical unknown. What's the deal?
Also: found a claim implying that you CAN find a Groudon in FireRed on Island 7 after completing puzzle, is this accurate or more misleading info?


Is Groudon available anywhere on Island 7?

THe mystic Pokemon IS the Unown. They're called mystic just because of their shape. As for the Groudon, you can't get it.

The man is just saying bogus things to you, the Pokemons available in those islands are just the Unknowns.

Groudon CANNOT be caught or found in Fire Red. You can either get it by trading or a cheat engine and using a Pokemon modifier code

Groudon is available only through Trade. The mystic Pokemon is just an unknown
